The agent knows several shortcuts for querying kinome data workflows, aligned to previous workflows in KNIME.

kinome ic50 <G#> (formerly knime ic50) | Retrieves kinome IC50 dose‑response measurements (with hill slopes, ATP concentrations, vendor, and dates) across kinases, output as a table and downloadable CSV. |
kinome tree <G#> @ <conc> (formerly knime kinome tree) | Generates a downloadable kinome phylogenetic tree PNG with color‑coded inhibition dots overlaid for a single compound at a specified concentration and vendor. |
Run kinome help in the agent at any time for a live reference of all available kinome commands.
Save / export options

If the agent displays only 25 results but there are more, either export to CSV to see the full answer or ask the agent to display the full results.
